Clean, well equipped self catering apartment set within beautiful grounds that are maintained to a high standard. The apartments overlook the lake and are situated a short walking distance away from the centre of malcesine. The host Angelo met us on arrival to give us our keys and show us around our room. He was very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic view from the balcony. Very clean and cosy rooms, beautiful garden with lots of olive and fruit trees, 50m from beach, 100m from Melcesine center.

We recommend. Very close to the very center of the town, and a bit quieter. View of the lake, close to the Monte Baldo cable car. In a word, the location is good. But even more important is that the apartment as described, available even a few hours in advance, clean, everything new, works. The pool is not too big, but enough to cool down or even swim a bit. Very cordial owner – Angelo. An open, cordial and helpful person has no problem with anything. A good place for both a short stay and a few days. There is a good chance that we will return there again. We definitely recommend it.

Great location. Beautiful views and grounds. Nice gated area for kids to play. Pool very nice. Apartment was small but functional and fully equipped. There’s paid washer and dryer which is helpful. Dryer needs about 2-3 times to actually dry.

This is a VERY dog friendly hotel. I would strongly recommend they put that in the TITLE of their place. It’s one thing to be a dog friendly hotel like all the big chains. It’s normal to see a small behaved dog in a hotel once in a while, but there are dogs everywhere including the dogs of the owners: jumping on us, dogs barking everywhere, dogs fighting, jumping on us while we lay at the pool, knocking down drinks from the table, etc. For huge dog lovers, this is probably paradise. But if you don’t like dogs so much, this is definitely not the place to be. Owners are not the friendliest but it doesn’t matter.

The location was great, just a few metres from the city centre and a supermarket. The host was helpful and contacted us before arrival. They provided a high chair for the baby for free and there was a game room with toys as well. The view from the terrace and swimming pool was astonishing. The flat where we stayed had basic furniture, but the kitchen was very well-equipped. Indoor car parking is included in the price.

Fantastic swimming pool. Very close to everything, easy walking to lake swimming and the ‘old town’. Rooms were clean, and there was access to a clothes washing machine (coin fed). Underground parking was easy to get into, and car parks were of a good size.
