The location of the property is unsafe. There are a lot of homeless people around the area and a lot of prostitution. The hotel’s condition is deteriorating. The front desk will even ask you to sign a waiver that they’re not liable for your car if something happens to it. Beware! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

My favorite place to stay. Very cozy very clean. The only thing i don't like is the lights that stay on 24/7 on the outside balconies i understand its for security reasons but its so bright that it elumianates through the sides and bottom of the black out curtains it makes it hard for me inperticulary to sleep . But other than that its a affordable and safe clean place to relax n rest.

The lady at the front desk was aweful. She was extremely rude and made me not want to stay there ever again.

Hotel is old...and out dated...sketchy long time live in guest..and the $100 incidental hold is absurd..

Our room was not ready when we arrived. There was no parking. Lines to check in at midnight were long. The shower had no curtain, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner. The place is really run down and not clean. The part of town is also sketchy.
