"On the whole it was a great stay apart from the bruises and some scratches."

It is a very nice home and close to Reykjavik and the golden circle. Parking is great and the animals around the house are such a great plus. Dibit the dog is super friendly and obedient. House owner is very friendly and accommodating.

We were two families (seven people) and there was only one bathroom on the ground floor. Quite inconvenience to the family living on the first floor and if you are in a rush to go out for the day. As soon as you go in the house there is a notice to remove the shoes. Unfortunately this resulted in two separate accidents. Going down the stairs from the first floor without the shoes was very slippery. In addition there is only one handrail on one of the side of the stairs which didn't help when two of the party slipped down the stairs :(

Fantastic spacious house, ideal for famil(ies), extremely well kept (like new), feels much like a high end Swiss alp chalet but surrounded by quaint fields of grazing horses. Absolutely quiet. We did a fantastic ride too. 10/10

Great location, cabin was very cozy! We LOVED being around the farm animals and the first foal of the season was born during our stay which we were very excited about. We would love to return

Good location. Charming. All you need are provided.

The cutlery in the drawers were oily when we arrived but it is alright as we could run the dishwasher to clean what we needed for the stay. Towels unfortunately are too old and are like sandpaper even when is damp after drying ourselves. Shower cubicle is a little dated but serves well.
