"RATS IN ROOMS!!"

If you don't mind sleeping with RATS, that's right,we had a huge rat in our room and the manager called us liars. We showed them the rat droppings, the torn up food wrappers, and they still called us liars. Needless to say, we did not stay. I'm calling the health dept. on this place. I dont even care about a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!?

I didn’t like the text at 8am on Saturday morning asking what time I was going to check out when checkout was 11. Nor did I like hearing the carts the cleaning lady rolled back and forth in front of the door that was very loud.

"Drive past this hotel!!!"

The reviews do not lie. Drive further if you have to before you stay here. Please do not stay here if you are concerned with cleanliness. We had no choice due to the limited amount of hotels in the area. The carpets were soaking wet and claimed to be shampooed the day before. You had to leave shoes on. The tub and shower were filthy. Complaining at 9pm does no good and we had to stay. Attempt to contact the front desk and you will be met with an attitude and customer service that HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WYNDAM. No compensation. Bring your own cleaning supplies before you use the sinks or bathroom. Yes we stayed the night and didn’t complain until the morning. Do not make the same mistake. The free breakfast was white bread, muffins, cereal and yogurt. Juice machine broken, no water
