Good location and lots of restaurants nearby

There was a loud noise all throughout the night (I think a generator?) so we did not sleep at all. Bed sheets were stained and our aircon did not work properly.

Clean facilities. Great staff who helped us with activities around Sandakan and arranged a river cruise in the jungle. Clean beds. A rooftop area for hanging out. Location in the city close to many good and affordable restaurants.

Bathrooms are very basic. Still clean, though.
