Центр города, метро рядом. Номер просторный, окна выходили во двор, ночью было тихо, отель не новый, но все чисто. Есть номера окнами на проспект Руставели, там всегда шумно, учитывайте это при бронировании. Приветливый персонал, говорят на русском, завтрак "шведский стол" нам все понравилось. Большое спасибо, всему персоналу отеля за прекрасный отдых и настроение.

We stayed at this hotel from March 21 to 27 with my 8-year-old daughter. The hotel is located in a very convenient area on Rustaveli Avenue — there are many restaurants around where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. I personally like to sleep in during holidays, so keep in mind that breakfast at the hotel is served until 10:00, which felt a bit early for me. However, it wasn’t a problem at all — within a 5-minute walk, there are many lovely and scenic breakfast spots with a beautiful city view (near the big bicycle). The cable car is also just a 3-minute walk away. Nearby, there is a shopping center, two grocery stores, and a metro station (although we didn’t use it, as Bolt taxi is very convenient). I would especially like to thank the wonderful administrator, Lady Tamara. She carefully considered all our requests, and our room had everything we needed. We were also allowed an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. The entire hotel staff is multilingual, which, in my opinion, is quite rare. The young men at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and had a warm local charm that made the experience feel even more authentic — unfortunately, I don’t know their names, but I would like to thank them. They were always ready to assist us with any questions. The hotel itself is very atmospheric — a historic and charming building that has been beautifully restored. The grand staircases, elegant lobby, arches, carpets, decorative plates on the walls, and high ceilings create a special ambiance. The bedding was very clean and, most importantly, comfortable — overall cleanliness is at a very good level. Yes, there is no elevator in the hotel, but it did not affect our experience at all (although it might be important for guests with limited mobility). We will gladly recommend this hotel to our friends and will definitely stay here again if we return to Tbilisi. We will miss this place 🤍

Nothing really critical happened.

The hall of the hotel was nice and fancy. The breakfast was ok. One of the hotel member was kind to us and helped with our luggage.

As an EU citizen it was far away from a four star hotel, at home we barely call it a hostel or bed and breakfast. On the 3rd day asked only if we need cleaning, before that they forgot us comlitely. With the breakfast we had to hear the kitchen lady's tiktok videos with full volume, we could not talk with each other because of the noise. The main reasons why I wasn't satisfied was the room, it was dirty, the bads were uncomfortable and not to mention the bathroom... The top of the cherry was one of the receptionist guy! He always wanted to talk to us and asked about our days (this is not a bad thing) and when we answered he said all of our programs were sad and awful (we had a great time btw...). He said we have to drink alcohol to enjoy this city and he didn't care we didn't want that... He wasn't nice with us at all and also forced to write here a 10 point review which would be a lie. All in all the other hotel people were nice so I'm sorry for them, but if you want to have a good time keep yourself away from this receptionist..
