- Take into account that arrivals between 07:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. have an additional supplement of €25. Tickets between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €50. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No entries will be made after 12:00 a.m. guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m. when the office reopens. - Upon arrival they must pay a tourist tax of €1.75 per night and person, due to the regulations established by the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya. - At the time of check-in, both adults and minors must be identified by DNI, NIE, PASSPORT or FAMILY BOOK. - Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Lovely big house in Badalona"

It’s a big house and suitable for my family.13 people. Have a large garden and terrace. The location very good, everything with walking distance. 20-25 min by metro from las Rambla in Barcelona and 15 min to Sagrada Família

"Great central location in clise proximity to a supermarket, patisseries and a park for the children"

We had to wait till someone came with the keystone they did not work so another person came with other keys as it was 10:30 at night the children were tired

"Very good experience and the house over exceeded our expectations."

What we liked, was: - Location, free parking locations, rooms, airconditioning in the whole house, house had enough toilets and bathrooms. House had refrigerator, stove to cook and enough place to store the groceries. Grocery store next to the house!!!

Actually whay was not to like, because the house had more then we expected. The whole building and yard was only for us, private, just like we needed and wanted. If we come to Barcelona again, we would defenitely recommend to stay at this house.
