"Sehr einladend"

Der Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel war sehr schön. Es wirkt sehr einladend. Auch das Personal ist supi. Was ich einfach in fast jedem Hotel bemisse, ist eine bessere Schallisolierung (Nachbarn). Ansonsten hat mir alles gut gefallen. Ein Wasserkocher auf d. Zimmer wäre noch wünschenswert.

Was a very nice basic hotel close to city center.about 7min walk from the train station and 6 from the Christmas Market. Has a restaurant and bar on property. Great for an overnight.

"Es war viel zu heiß."

Das Hotel liegt super stadtnah, so dass man zu Fuss oder Rad Erfurt ansehen kann.Wir hatten extra wegen der Klimaanlage gebucht und genau diese ging nicht. So war bei fast 40 Grad Schwitzen angesagt. Schade.

Ten minute walk from train station and close to attractions. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options....eggs, sausage, bread, cereal, yogurt, make your own waffle, etc Room was small and no air conditioning.

Das Hotel würde bewusst wegen der klimatisierten Zimmer ausgesucht. Obwohl schon vorher bekannt, würden wir erst beim Check in darauf hingewiesen, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Auf die Frage, warum dies denn nicht auf der Homepage vermerkt wird, würde uns gesagt, dass wir es doch jetzt erfahren und die Zimmer ja nicht nehmen müssten. Und dies nach 5 Stunden Anreise. Eine Reduzierung des Preises war ebenfalls nicht möglich. Wir sollen uns an Expedia wenden(???). Ein Schlafen in den Zimmern war kaum möglich, da es bei geöffneten Fenstern zu laut war. Unterhalb des Fensters befand sich ein Aufenthaltsbereich (laute Gesoräche bis tief in die Nacht) in dem auch geraucht wurde.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und ordentlich. Für ein Budgethotel genau was es verspricht. Es gibt alles was man braucht aber auch nicht mehr. Die Lage ist optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Personal ist freundlich aber macht auch nur das nötigste.
