O hotel é localizado em uma avenida muito movimentada, então o barulho é intenso e atrapalha dormir. Quarto muito abafado. O porta shampoo do banheiro de vidro estava estragado e quase caiu, tive que tirá-lo e colocano chão.

Tivemos um péssimo atendimento na recepção, o recepcionista muito debochado, atendeu nós com muita má vontade e fazendo cara de deboche, e quando pedimos informações foi super ríspido não dando as informações direito.
