Orange Stay at Collins Wharf

On the free tram line, close to CBD. Staff were easy to contact when our plane was delayed and delayed. Good view. Tv was great as when not at tennis we watched it on TV. Close to supermarket. Pool was nice. Great to have a washing machine.

Carpet was dirty but they told me it had been cleaned. Shower needed a deep clean especially round the bottom of the door. Kitchen stove and sink near bench needed a better clean. Couch was uncomfortable and needed cleaning under cushions. Kitchen lacked a chopping board and could do with some more bowls. Instructions to use washer/dryer would have been good.

The place is a great place to stay in NYE and they process your check in fast. The only negative comment is the property needing more cleaning and the bond is returned or cleared very long.

The location is ideal, great water views and close to the city and amenities. We have already booked again!

Bed not very comfortable. Pillow topper would make it much more comfortable. No air flow in the bedroom if hot and door closed. Would be good to have a pedestal fan to blow air into the bedroom from main air conditioner.

Unfortunately the balcony wasn't facing the way I wanted but everything else was amazing

Excellent location for base camp whilst touring Melbourne. Tram stop right out front in the free zone was very handy. We stayed on the 19th floor with excellent views on the yarra and out to Hobsons bay.

When windy the air whistles through the door but you get used to it. We stayed over xmas so the adjacent construction work was finished for the break. Might be a bit noisy otherwise.
