Location carina situata nella parte periferica di Carrara. Viaggiavo con mio padre per lavoro e siamo stati soddisfatti dell'abitazione. occorre un po' più di chiarezza nelle indicazioni per raggiugere la struttura. La padrona di casa si è dimostrata accogliente e disponibile nel consentirci di parcheggiare di fronte all'abitazione poichè lungo la via i parcheggi sono riservati ai residenti

The host seems love animals but PET FRIENDLY does NOT equal to the animals in the accommodation can influence the hygiene of the guests room nor some of the cats the host has are very aggressive with other animals

Cleanliness: 1/10 • Four cats roaming indoors and outdoors • Cats bringing dirt and pet waste from the yard into shared areas • Litter box placed at the entrance staircase, causing a strong smell • Bedding washed together with pet items, resulting in visible pet hair 2. Comfort: 1/10 • Heating only turned on briefly in the evening and switched off overnight • Room very cold at night • Cats repeatedly blocking the main entrance, affecting accessibility 3. Safety: 1/10 • Room had no lock, causing safety and privacy concerns • Entrance access obstructed by unfriendly cats 4. Hygiene & Allergies: 1/10 • Pet hair on bedding • No separation between pet items and guest items • Unsuitable for guests with allergies 5. Facilities & Standards: 2/10 • Old washing machine used for both guest bedding and pet items • Litter box in entrance area • General living standards not aligned with reasonable accommodation expectations 6.Location 1/10 : Far to the city Far to the attractions. With narrow road and the host put her car in the front of the entrance so the guests need to park 50 meters away from the accommodation in a sliding road to enter the accommodation and makes it very difficult to transfer the luggages
