"Good location for what we were doing poor value for money"

Me and my friend left a day early as it was not up to scratch ! On the first day the sofa bed was not made up and then our room wasn’t made up the next day when we asked and informed them we didn’t have a white tag thing it was met with a shrug of the shoulders!!! Whilst the room was sorted the next day it was also sold as a “family room” in which was really small and was more like a double than a family room. I have physical disabilities and expressed my concern of how small the room was and again I felt as though I was overlooked. We then today put the white tag out today and again our room wasn’t done! This has made our first experience of Glasgow really poor and for 520 the room wasn’t what we would expect from such an establishment.

"Hotel was very convenient for where we needed to be at World Inclusive Para Skating Championships"

The lady on reception was wonderful so helpful and friendly. She always asked if we were OK needed anything was genuinely interested in granddaughters competition at the ice rink. And gave excellent advice on the best shopping centre for us.

The only twin room we could get was an accessible room. The room could have done with a mini fridge especially in this heat for medication etc. The bathroom doesn't have a full size sink for washing teeth etc or a counter for products. There are no hooks to hang clothes or towels on when showering. It was impossible to fill the kettle from the mini hand washing sink next to the toilet, ended up using bottled water. Breakfast orange juice so watered down it tasted like squash.

Location is so good, room was nice

Staff arent very good, reception isn’t on ground floor which is silly, u need to go up and down and up and down, parking is confusing af. When on the map it takes u round the back instead of the multi story
