On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the parking was very convenient. Overall, despite some shortcomings, we appreciated certain aspects of our stay.

The room itself was spacious and cozy. However, it was clearly missing some basic amenities that I believe should be provided by default, such as bottled water and a toilet brush. The shower was also quite inconvenient, as half of it was left open, causing water to splash all over the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, room service was disappointing as well. Firstly, the food did not match the photos shown. Secondly, we requested a slight change to the dish by replacing the beef with chicken, but instead they simply removed the beef altogether without informing us. Additionally, the app stated that the order would arrive within a certain time, but later we were told that the chef was unavailable and the order would be delayed. Since we had already paid, we had no real option to cancel or make other arrangements.
