Très beau, propre, bien situé.

L’établissement ne correspondait pas aux photos. Il y avait des dizaines de photos pêle-mêles de tous les établissements, donc on a aucune idée de ce qu’on loue. Très déçu car on louait exclusivement à cause fu balcon, mais celui-ci n’en avait pas. Aussi, il y avait une machine à café, pas de filtres, pas de café…. Et à l’épicerie d’Amalfi : pas de filtres à café…

Apt was spotless. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

Suggestion is print out washing machine usage instructions. Would of liked seating area on front platform or in piazza. Needs motion light in doorway for night. Bookings needs to only show photos of apt u are renting. Like many other reviews we thought we rented apt that had rooftop Patio. These r suggestions. They don't take away our view that apt and staff are exceptional.

From the moment we made our reservation, they stayed in constant contact with us. We arrived in Amalfi from Naples Airport by taxi, arranged by the hotel (180€), and we were satisfied with the service. A staff member greeted us upon arrival. The house was more than spacious enough for two couples, with a high-ceilinged ground floor. There were two separate bathrooms, and our kitchen was very large and fully equipped—we had breakfast at home every day. The location was fantastic—right in the center, and we could reach everything we wanted within two minutes. It saved us from Amalfi’s tiring hills and stairs. We stayed for five nights, and they answered our questions at all times via WhatsApp.

We had to pay an extra fee for late check-in (€30 between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and €50 between 10:00 PM and midnight). The internet connection on the upper floor was unstable. We had to do the cleaning ourselves, somewhat like renting an Airbnb (not a huge problem though). We booked it after seeing the terrace in the photos, but since the apartment we stayed in was in a different building, we couldn’t use the terrace.
