Clean, quiet and comfortable. Good location for visiting Mt Rushmore and exploring the Black Hills. Custer is an interesting town, with a wide main street and a few options for dinner

The place is enchanting. The individual rooms makes it magical. Getting up at 6am to go for a run and seeing deer laying in the grass right in front of us whas the cherry on the top. Service was great. Tje lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us some information about feeing the donkeys.

I cant think of anything I didnt like.

As old as this place is, it is in awesome shape! If you like the tiny roadside cabins of yesteryear, this is your spot. It is perfect for a little overnight on the way. Our host was welcoming, accommodating, and we enjoyed the little breakfast provided. Look forward to drifting through again soon!
