Großartige Gastfreundschaft. Wunderbare Lage. Traumhaftes Haus! So liebe Gastgeber. Danke Fabrizio und Familie für alles! Man kann dort auch zu Abend essen, wenn man morgens Bescheid gibt. Mama Denise kocht sehr lecker.

Ist nicht für Menschen mit Geheinschränkungen geeignet. Man parkt 10 min entfernt und erreicht den Parkplatz über viele Stufen. Aber im Allgemeinen ist das prima machbar. Anfahrt mit dem Auto zur Villa nur mit Kleinwagen empfohlen. Wirklich!

Our stay at Villa Denise was unforgettable. The villa is idyllic, a cliffside sanctuary. The room was very comfortable and clean, with excellent air conditioning. The pool was clean, and the perfect size for a quick dip to cool off while looking out at Vesuvius and sipping an Aperol Spritz! The best part of our stay was the delicious, home cooked breakfasts and dinners. Denise is the best cook in Italy!! All the food was fresh and local and paired perfectly with a bottle of the Villa Denise wine. Denise and her family are so kind and friendly, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We felt very taken care of throughout our stay. Fabulous location, wonderful views across the bay of Naples and very comfortable room, in this impeccably well kept property with an amazing garden. Fabrizio and his parents were wonderful hosts and could not do enough for us to make our stay more perfect. From delicious breakfasts, to drinks on the terrace, to simple home cooked supper, and advice & support when needed around local buses & attractions - it all helped to make it a perfect week. We will definitely come back.

Not really a problem with the property at all, but It’s maybe worth saying that without a hire car you need to rely on the local bus service to get around which works well for the most part but runs hourly, so you have to be very well organised! Once in Vico Equense the train works extremely well to Sorrento, Pompeii & Naples.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

We arrived at Villa Denise by car and from the minute we got there Fabrizio and his family couldn’t have done enough for us. Any time we needed anything, one of the family was ready to help straight away. The views over the Bay of Naples are incredible, and because the property is small we had the shared spaces to ourselves a lot of the time. On the terrace it’s quiet and peaceful and was nice to relax after spending time in Rome for a few days before. Our room was well equipped, spacious and had stunning views over the pool and Mt Vesuvius. It was cleaned each day thoroughly and with a very good attention to detail. There was a mini fridge with some bottles of water for us which was a nice touch. Breakfast every morning was incredible, and Denise’s cooking on the 2 evenings we requested dinner were also some of the best meals we had on our whole trip. Some reviews mention about access, the road up to the villa is narrow and steep but not at all challenging to get through if you’re a confident driver. We were offered to park in a restaurant car park about 8 minutes’ walk away which Fabrizio offered to drive us to and from on check in/out, but we instead parked in the grounds as we had hired a Fiat 500. The Villa has plenty of excellent restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and Vico Equense is full of extremely friendly people. The white wine that’s sourced from the region is amazing too!! Despite knocking the door every 30 minutes for another glass, nothing was ever too much for Fabrizio or his parents and we were always greeted with a smile. I’ve never stayed somewhere with the attention to detail, family atmosphere and kindness shown to us by Villa Denise and don’t have enough good words to say about it. We will be back again as soon as we can - thank you again for your hospitality on our stay!

-L'accès est difficile pour les grosses voitures Heureusement il y a un parking intermédiaire et le propriétaire vient faire la navette ! - le bus vers la gare ne passe que toutes les heures

Tout est exceptionnel! Le cadre , la bâtisse, les chambres, la vue!! Et surtout Fabrizio et sa maman sont d’une gentillesse incroyable ! La cuisine de Denise est excellente ! Ils sont de très bons conseils pour les visites ..
