ESBeware of the management here.I changed the guest name on a booking for my friend, but Hilary refused to check her in, even when confronted with the official Booking confirmation. She was arrogant, kept interrupting us, and forced us to call Booking.com to fix her mistake. Booking.com actually had to call the hotel to reprimand them because their refusal was unacceptable. To make matters worse, she showed absolutely no empathy when told my friend was feeling unwell and almost fainted from stress. Terrible attitude and zero professionalism.
