There was nothing to dislike

I left the hotel and left my umbrella outside. I called and asked if the front desk could grab it and secure it for me that I was on my way back to collect it and the lady said she could not because she was the only person there and could not. I still have not received my deposit back. I wont be coming back.
USThe man working the front desk was professional and friendly.
1. There are only about 10 parking spaces at the hotel. All other parking is down a fairly significant hill. After you check in, you have to go back down the hill to place a parking tag in your car. I was traveling solo, arriving late at night. This was a very uncomfortable situation for me. 2. The room had a TV but no remote control. I didn’t call to request one because I was already ready for bed by the time I realized it.
