Outlet in the bathroom did not work . . . this was a minor inconvenience. The breakfast was fair . . . eggs did not taste like real eggs.

Booked for the wrong day by 3rd party booked wrong date hotel said couldnt do anything

The room smelled moldy and the other rooms they offered had a stain on the mattress of the folding bed

Once i got there to check everything seemed pretty run down. Then we got to the room and we had an overwhelming smell of mold. Had to leave immediately because i had a bad reaction with my asthma. Checked out and went somewhere else. Hotel.com wouldn't let me cancel. Called the manager the next day and the employee never checked us out. She said she would start the refund process, but i never received an email. Still awaiting a refund.

The property is kinda outdated my bathroom tub had someone else hair in it and I had a device in the corner of my room above the door that nobody could tell me what it was room 221

The property needs to be renovated

Easy check-in and the staff was very helpful in suggesting the best lot to park at MetLife to get back to the hotel easily. The bed was easily the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at any hotel. Great job!
