Riad Villa El Arsa

El Riad es muy bonito, está muy limpio y cerca de la plaza principal. Al principio es lioso pero luego te ubicas rápido.

Al llegar al Riad nos dijeron que solo se podía pagar en efectivo, no con tarjeta, cosa que nos trastocó el viaje, ya que teníamos euros para cambiar ahí, y tuvimos que gastarlos en pagar el Riad. Luego al sacar dinero me cobraron una comisión de 50€. Con lo cual, me podría haber ahorrado si nos lo hubieran advertido antes que solo se paga en efectivo. Con respecto a los traslados desde Riad al aeropuerto, Simo nos dijo unos precios que para la ida al Riad fue como nos dijo, pero a la vuelta al aeropuerto, que fue a las 05:00 de la madrugada, nos cobró 10€ más. Fueron 15€ la ida y 30€ la vuelta. Eso no nos gustó nada, puesto que ya habíamos cerrado un precio y creo que aprovecharon las circunstancias para cobrarnos más.

Le riad était magnifique et très bien placé .Le personnage très agréable ,un grand merci à Simo .

El riad es precioso, sobretodo sus habitaciones, grandes, limpias y con una decoración exquisita. El personal de 10, la cena, espectacular, la mesa decorada con mucho gusto y el menú marroquí recién hecho fué increible.

Gorgeous riad, so comfortable and clean. Really friendly staff and a delicious breakfast that they very kindly prepared for us at 6:30am when we had to leave so early in the morning. Would definitely recommend staying here, we will absolutely be back when we return to Marrakech. Thank you!

This riad is in a good location, just a few minutes' walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa. The room was comfortable and had enough room for the two of us. The bathroom was also a good size. Lovely breakfast on the rooftop.

Like all riads we've stayed in, sound really carries, so you hear lots from other guests.

We loved everything about this Riad, from the rooms to the breakfast (vegetarian and vegan) And unbeatable help from all the staff. Simo was just the best (and his tortoise) In fact when there was a cancellation with our flight we managed to return for another night.

Nothing, except a rickety toilet seat.
