La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos de Jemma El Fna pero es muy tranquilo. Los chicos son súper atentos y te hacen sentir como en casa. Son encantadores! Está todo muy limpio. El desayuno es variado y esta muy rico todo. Es la segunda vez que me alojó en este riad, y seguro que volveré.

Vous avons été très bien accueillis, l’emplacement est parfait et très proche de la place jemaa El fna. La chambres était très confortable et très propre. Le petit déjeuné est très complet mais le seul souci c’est qu’il est servi qu’à partir de 8h30 ce qui fait que nous ne pouvions pas le prendre les matins où nous souhaitions partir tôt pour des excursions ou autre. Je recommande à 100% le Riad Villa El Arsa, merci pour votre accueil chaleureux.

"Finalisé le payement avant l’arrivée"

Le chauffage dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner et l’attention qui nous a été porté .

Le taux de change pratiqué par l’établissement, booking nous indiquait 146 euros, lors du paiement que nous n’avions pas finaliser en ligne. L’établissement nous proposait 170euros , nous avons donc préférer finaliser le paiement sur Booking…. Désagréable impression, après que l’on ait gentiment accueilli en nous expliquant les pièges à éviter à Marrakech .

Riad perfetto per la sua posizione, Simo e il suo stuff sono stati incredibilmente accoglienti. Non posso fare altro che raccomandare il posto. Per ogni problema lo staff é stato incredibilmente disponibile e gentile!!!

De locatie was perfect. Midden in de medina op wandelafstand van al de leuke plekken. 's Morgens kregen we een fijn en verzorgd ontbijt.

Nous avons adoré ce Riad.Simo et Simo nous ont offert un service exceptionnel.Malgré des vols à 7 hrs am, l’organisation des taxis aller retour pour l’aéroport ont été facilité grâce à eux.Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux et variés Les serviettes sont changés et la chambre est refaite à tous les jours. Je n’hésiterais pas à recommander cet hébergement

La chambre donnant sur le patio au premier palier est un peu bruyante mais tous les avantages sont compensés
