Hôtel le calife

Hotel molto carino, anche se alcune camere un po' datate, ma abbiamo visto che stanno ristrutturato. Staff super gentile! Il punto in più per il garage sotto albergo (con la discesa un po' ripida ma si può fare). Comodo sia per arrivare dal porto, che da visitare bellissima Medina. Con aggiunta di 8 dinari, comoda colazione (caffè, cornetto e spremuta di arancia). Terrazza al 4 piano e super top! Consiglio!

Se ci fosse frigo in camera sarebbe top!

The coffee shop had good coffee in my opinion is the one and only good thing that can be said about this hotel as their customer service is sub standard.

I can not recommend this hotel in any way. Do yourself a favour and book an alternate acommodation. The bed frame was broken as was the toilet flushing handle. The doubled bed was uncomfortable and was two single beds of different heights pushed together with seperate bedsoreads. The reception staff was rude and refused to follow Booking.com policy. When staff errors were made the staff were completely unable to admit their error and refused to correct the situation. .The management was not available to assist in any way.

The only positive things was the staff super friendly and very nice people.

We had no electricity the entire night, I tried to call them using the phone in the room but the phone did not work two I was staying at the third floor and I didn’t want to walk all the way down to tell them about the electricity issue because there is no elevator and I was so tired. The mattress they have is the worst one I have ever slept on to be honest. With the same value you pay for your stay you can add a little extra 5 or 10 dollars and get something much better. The room is so small it shows the size of the room on booking.com 22 sqm but it is absolutely not.
