Richard and Helene are fantastic hosts, they make you very welcome, the location is very close to town center and there breakfast is very good 10/10 for me and my partner.

Mid shower water went freezing cold. I was covered in soap at the time and couldn't rinse, hair or body.

Breakfast was excellent with good choice on menu, room and the whole property were spotless clean, near centre of town with easy unrestricted parking outside. What more can I ask for? Will I stay again? I hope to next time I am in Pickering.
