The staff here was wonderful! They helped us with amazing restaurant suggestions and calling taxis for our two night stay. We upgraded our rooms and had two lovely rooftop terraces. The rooms are modern and have all the amenities you need. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet. The train station is an easy walk from the hotel as well as the parking garage they recommend to use (although it is down a steep ramp if you have a lot of luggage you may want to take in & out before the entry down)

The room was spacious, clean, staff were nice, and they allowed us to store our luggage.

The AC vent in the bedroom was blocked, so no cool air was coming out. The only vent open was in the common area. There is a wall between the two areas so the bedroom gets hot. The options the hotel gave us was to move to a lower floor which is cooler or use a fan.

Good location, 20 mins walk to Piazza Maggiore. And 5 mins from the station. We didn’t hear any train noise so that was good too. Hotel clean, friendly staff , great little bar after a long day walking. Gluten free section at breakfast. Not extensive but enough. Knowledgeable staff. Great selection of restaurants to near the hotel. If you’re Gluten free I’d recommend restaurants La Verace for wood fired pizza and pasta that all the locals eat at too.

THE ROOM WAS FULL OF FLOOR STAINS, THE PILLOWCASES HAD HAIR AND FILTHY STAINS. THE BATHROOM WAS ALSO STAINED.
