Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Das es auch eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer hatte war uns nicht bekannt und leider war die Geräuschkulisse aus dem Nachbarraum sehr unangenehm. Unsere Beschwerde wurde sofort sehr ernst genommen und man hat nach einer optimalen Verbesserung gesucht. Es wurde uns u.a. eine Suite mit Dachterrasse und Rundumblick gegen einen reduzierten Aufpreis angeboten - sehr schön!

Frühstücksraum war teilweise sehr voll und laut, Service kam mit dem Abräumen der Tische nicht immer nach.

Habitación y desayuno- fueron muy buenos, lo mismo que la ubicación

El personal de recepción no nos dio información apropiada sobre servicios de la ciudad. Preguntamos sobre zonas de buenos restaurantes y, por ejemplo, se nos recomendó la calle San Felice. Gastamos tiempo caminándola y no hay en ella buenos restaurantes. Los que hay son muy pocos, locales y cocina muy modestos. No my lejos del hotel descubrimos dos días después por nuestra cuenta callles muy recomendablescomo la Hugo Richie.

Located near the train station and a short walk from piazza maggiore, the hotel offers spacious rooms with amenities.Breakfast was excellent with a variety of sweet and savoury options.The staff was polite and ready to answer all our questions. We will return for our next visit in Bologna
