Beware that this hostel is not really centric. Nevertheless, tt is connected to Ibn-Nafie through the bus M125. It is used more than by tourists by immigrants while managing their visas. The mood is not especially funny. No lockers. The toilet was not clean the days I visited it. If you want a simple and affordable stopover stay it may be your option, but be aware that it may not reach your standard.

They have charged us more than what we have agreed on. It is not a real hostel. Not safe and no CCTV available. Terrible service or no service at all. There is nothing good I can say about it. I dont know where the good reviews cane from and thats why we booked. I have been around hostels but not as messed up operation as this.

Easy location for a budget hostel perspective. Owner and staff are nice. Nearby airport n food n metro. Satisfies all requirements of budget hostel stay

"Great Place, Friendly Staff"

Hassan, Mon and the whole staff are very friendly and open to any requests or concerns one may have while staying in their hostel. There is a full kitchen you can use, the beds are remade by staff every day and the shower is nice and hot. You can also store your luggage for free after checkout if you want to explore Doha after checking out. A bus stop that takes you to the metro is a short 10min walk away which was convenient. Also nearby is a nice coffee shop, large supermarket and a kebab place that has the best chicken shawarma I've ever had in my life (I went twice in my two days). Overall a great experience, I highly recommend a stay at Home Stay.

Hostel host family was lovely. Helpful. Available anytime. Rates were high vs other hostels but Doha is accomodation scarce. Transit very close and connects you to amazing metro! 24hr supermarket 500m away!! Bring your own towel or can rent from them.

During the World Cup I stayed here for 3 days and I really liked it because it was close to the center of Doha. The people was also really friendly and giving!
