The rooms are extremely hot in the summer. They control the AC at the front desk. Don’t book here if you want any kind of sleep. I had to take sleeping pills just to get a few hours of rest.

We were here for 2 nights and everything was so wonderful. The staff is truly kind and really helpful. Breakfast has a lot of options, and it's served early in case you are planning to explore Etna or outside Catania. The hotel is near the city center (15 min walk) and the area feels safe. There's two parking options nearby. If we come back to Catania we will certainly be coming back to NH Catania City Center.
