Veľmi pekný byt s niekoľkými izbami na prenájom . Veľmi pekne zariadené a čisté . Každá izba má svoju kúpeľnu . Len obývačka je spoločná pre všetky izby . Majiteľka veľmi priateľská a nápomocná .

Je to v paneláku . Pod oknami niektorých izieb vedie dosť frekventovaná cesta takže počuť miern hluk .
