Jane was absolutely great and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I felt very welcomed, and the cottage was clean and had the perfect size. The provided breakfast and the morning coffees were the little extra. The location of the place was also perfect and not too far away from all the attractions in the Catlins. I would definitely come again and can highly recommend it! Thanks Jane for making my solo trip so special!

Cosy cabin by the sea. Not new but clean, comfortable and well appointed. Lovely surroundings, in a quaint little village. Stroll along the beach to Surat Bay to view the sea lions frolicking and basking.

Weather was average, but still comfortable in the cabin.

Cute place and friendly welcome on arrival. Breakfast was very generous

Breakfast was fine. Location very good. Place was ok. Could do with an electric blanket.

A little chilly, maybe a more modern heater.

On applying to Booking.com for 2-bedroom accommodation this came up. The photos suggested that this was what we would have but no door between rooms and one of us had to sleep on very uncomfortable sofa bed.

Quiet, comfortable and good location

Fantastic location, spacious place, cute kitchen , super comfy bed and shower! Well equipped kitchen with plunger and breakfast bits available (eggs, oats, milk, bread, butter and spreads! Very quiet place to relax, run at the beach and attractions all around. Jane is extremely organized made sure to greet us and send us off. Overall excellent stay.

Great location, great host and just what we were after- perfect for a couple of nights and could easily stay longer.
