"just ok. good location good communication"

communication was good and easy

it was just fine. when it says “luxury” I guess I had something different in kind. the water pressure in the shower was not good

"Not an actual hotel"

I booked the rooms through booking.com and I could not see that this was not a Hotel as we know it. The staff kept sending us sms to ask several questions about parking and breakfast and arrival time.... We arrived at 11:00pm and the guy was waiting for us and showed us to our rooms and explained that there would not be buffet breakfast (as mentioned in the site) because the breakfast room was also used for seminars and they had a seminar that day. The breakfast was brought to us in the room in the morning, but it was not sufficient. The rooms were very clean and spacious, though. There was closed parking available nearby. The price of the rooms was high for what was offered.
