O hotel apresentasse bastante antigo, precisando de reforma, ar condicionado pingando dentro do apartamento a noite toda deixando o quarto bastante molhado, o banheiro com lodo e box descascando a tinta das esquadrias, chuveiro péssimo com fraca vazão de água, porta toalha quebrado, papel higiênico e péssima qualidade e café da manhã muito fraco, com poucas opções. Resumindo: em nada se assemelha aos hotéis da rede Village que são excelentes hoteis. Esse realmente foi decepcionante.
