O quarto em si é bom, tamanho grande, a cama é muito grande e macia. O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ser melhor.

O banheiro (apto. 109): a bacia sanitária estava solta do chão; a tampa da bacia estava com um dos lados totalmente solto; o chuveiro é muito alto, não se tem acesso ao controle de temperatura, além de está com o espalhador de água entupido, não saindo água em todos os furos e os que saem são totalmente desencontrados, tornando o banho muito ruim; a ducha higiênica estava com um vazamento enorme, que inundava o banheiro todo.
