办理入住的员工回复消息很快，负责友好，清洁阿姨也会每天早上来打扫，询问我们房间是否需要清洁；位置靠市中心。

入住时间比较晚，只能下午4点后入住，并且因为是自助入住，入住沟通花了点时间，楼下出门是菜市场，所以路面比较脏，但是早上可以体验当地人买菜的氛围。

Die Lage ist speziell und spannend- gut weil absolut zentral im HErzen und im LEben von Catania- spannend weil direkt über dem täglichen Fischmarkt. :) Zimmer einfach aber bequem und sehr guter Preis

"Séjour désagréable à Catane"

Douche neuve avec jets.

Personnel très désagréable. Chantage à la carte d'identité pour rentrer jusqu'à l'accueil. Alors que personne n'était à l'accueil pour nous recevoir. Contact uniquement par WhatsApp alors que la messagerie Booking est faite pour cela. Aucune indication pour le paiement de la taxe de séjour, nous avons dû payer sur un site étrange en ligne. La VMC faisait un bruit monstrueux, nous avons dû nous doucher sans lumière pour éviter de finir sourd.. L'accès à la chambre par des escaliers où nous aurions pu attraper une bonne dizaine de maladies. Nous nous sommes garés en ville pour éviter les problèmes de parking sur la place mais voiture braquée dans la nuit. Éviter cet hôtel absolument et Catane également.
