Room plan, hotel location, very attentive senior receptionist

Shower & bath need revamping and air conditioning is directed straight on the bed which is unpleasant.

"If need a stay convenient to train station, this is it"

Location to train station. Easy 10 minute walk downtown and to Basilica

Did not keep water available for guests. Only out during afternoon/evening hours. It’s water. Leave it out. Guests appreciate it.

"A great pre-cruise hotel"

We received a super welcome. The rooms were delightful and the breakfast plentiful. The offer of a shuttle bus to the port was gratefully received and much better value than an Uber (equivalent). It is also located near a quaint old town with dining options although we arrived late in the evening so didn't make use of any.
