The service was excellent. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. The one person that stood out from the rest was Sana, she always made you feel you were the only table in the By the Sea Restaurant. Sana always paid attention to the detail and nothing was too much trouble.

Das Hotel ist ein echtes Highlight und wunderschön Unsere Villa war sehr groß und bot durch die Aufteilung eine enorme Privatsphäre. Ein absolutes Highlight war der private Pool direkt am Zimmer – einfach herrlich! Der Strand war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort, weshalb es angenehm leer war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass man sich morgens frische Speisen nach Wunsch zubereiten lassen konnte. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme.

Der große Gemeinschaftspool am Strand war leider eine Enttäuschung, da er viel zu warm war (sogar wärmer als die Außentemperatur). Man hatte eher das Gefühl, im heißen Wasser zu kollabieren, statt eine Abkühlung zu finden. Dadurch war der Hauptpool für uns leider überhaupt nicht nutzbar. Außerdem war die Kommunikation vor der Anreise sehr schwierig. Wir wollten spontan eine Nacht früher anreisen und haben das Hotel zwei Tage vorher über zwei verschiedene Kanäle kontaktiert – wir haben jedoch keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Wir sind dann auf gut Glück hingefahren. Da Nebensaison war, konnten wir die Nacht zum Glück unkompliziert vorziehen, aber eine kurze Rückmeldung vorab hätte uns viel Unsicherheit erspart.

Ein absoluter Traum!! Extrem schöne Anlage, riesige Poolvillen, toller Strand und super Essen, einfach nur einzigartig schön! Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam, ein Danke an Sana und Yaya, die uns perfekt betreut haben.

The staff were phenominal. They were quick to reply to all needs over whatsapp and aside for a delayed check-in, everything else was lovely!! The room was beyond what I expected and I loved how private it was

This is a beautiful resort, located on a beautiful beach! We stayed a family of four for four days , and absolutely loved it. Breakfast was very, very good. Staff is super sweet and serviceminded, always greeting and smiling, and if you asked for help with anything, they were so quick to respond. Communication was flawless via What’s App. There are lots of activities to opt in on, but also just chill.

Only thing would be that it is quite remote located. Not much around, just two local restaurants within walking distance (but those were quite good), and the food on the hotel is also good, just the regular resort price (almost double price). Santhiya offers a daily transport to the closest «city», but mostly for grocery shopping etc. Another thing we misliked was the neighbouring resort played loud music that felt disturbing (bad taste techno), on Saturday and Sunday. They were located hundreds of meters away, but we still heard them.

The room was wonderful. Clean , spacious and a lovely private pool. Breakfast was very good and the pizza from the restaurant is some if the best I've ever had. The staff are all helpful and happy.

The only things that were not as good were the restaurant and bar couldn't serve the beer cold enough without ice and there could have some board walk in the sand around the bar and restaurant beach area.
