Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa

The room and beach front/view were really nice. The restaurant/pool staff were incredible, super friendly and attentive. The food was also on point.

It is extremely clear there’s a lack of staff. The staff on site (restaurant/pool) were working extremely hard but we still encountered significant wait times due to understaffing. The front of house staff seemed excessive and the work performed was conversely very slow. Check out took 30 minutes despite it being a print and sign job. Finally, we encountered various issues with our room including a sporadic, weak pressured shower, broken amenities (ironing board collapsed onto my wife’s foot) and at times dirty glasses and bedding didn’t seem to have been dealt with.

The pool villa was simply stunning. We’ve never stayed anywhere like it. The staff were incredibly helpful and the pools were beautiful - loved the boat day beds! I also had an amazing facial at the spa

In comparison to other luxury resorts the spa and kids club were a little disappointing. For example, the kids club could be renovated to be more modern with more exciting things for the kids to play with. Some toys were quite old and some broken. There was also not babysitting services. The spa offering was great, but it’s a small spa with no private adult pool / area to enjoy some child free time.

Der Service war exzellent. Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und stets bemüht. Ein herzlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft, in den Restaurants, am Strand. Man fühlte sich umsorgt und willkommen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschönen Tage.

The staff are friendly and helpful,the see view is otherworldly very beautiful very quite , Thai themed rooms and resort in general.

I booked a deluxe pool villa,for starters I was put in a room where one of the 2 ACs wasn’t working it was really hot I couldn’t stand it I called the reception a guy came immediately but wasn’t able to solve it along with this there was noise from repairing (cutting drilling hammering) I said well this problem would end shortly so let me hop into the pool to cool ,the view was directly where the staff where working and and sitting ,the pool water was salty.I’ve waited for an hour and a half from checking in to this point so I called the reception it took them an hour to change rooms.our new villa was better yet still hot.we went to the beach the view was stunning at sunset. We ordered two mango juice they delivered them hot so I had to walk to them to ask for ice cubes. Near the pool there’s a bathtub with a lot of ants around it and it was dirty.

Im Vergleich zum Santhiya Koh Chang fanden wir die essensauswahl beim Frühstück schlechter, aber immernoch hohes Niveau Nebean wird viel gebaut

Nichts.

Smukt hotel med venligt personale. Perfekt til en familie med en baby. Smuk strand og poolområde, selvom vi brugte det meste af tiden på vores egen terrasse med pool.

Beliggenhed kunne være bedre, men hvis man bare ønsker at slappe af og være på hotellet er det lige meget
