Es un excelente hotel. Con un sistema de iluminación en la habitación un tanto rebuscado, al punto que cuando se apagan las luces para dormir, también quedan sin energía algunos tomacorrientes (y no permite carga de celulares y otros). Salvo esto y alguna cuestión que tuvimos con la reposición de azúcar y café en la habitación, todo perfecto. El desayuno muy variado, aunque faltarían cartelitos que indiquen de qué se tratan algunos bocados. El personal muy atento y predispuesto. Servicio de alquiler de paraguas práctico. Insonorización adecuada a pesar de eventos cercanos. Se trata de un hotel de primera, con atención profesional e instalaciones adecuadas.

Great location. The S10 bus from the station drops you right across the road. Walked everywhere else. Comfy beds, clean, balcony, good shower and friendly, helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here with my tour group and was very disappointed in this hotel. They provided a decent hairdryer and safe in the room. I will describe the good points first, that the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable (but beware as my room was at the front of the hotel, it was quite noisy at night as a bus station was across the street). Breakfast had many choices and was decent. When I told the front desk of my challenges, they did fix everything but some of the receptionists especially the males were not very welcoming. The hotel lobby smelled every time I entered of some heavy disinfectant or perfume like smell, which was quite annoying and made my nose run, and my peers were having the same issue. The Wi-Fi kept kicking my devices off, and I had to keep signing in with the password. When I arrived in my room, there was no soap next to the sink because both dispensers were labeled and filled with low quality lotion, and the toilet didn’t work well. They did fix the toilet at my request. I found out I was missing two lights and sitting in the dark at night, and the key card intermittently did not work. They did provide me with two more lights at my request and one didn’t work well and the maintenance man had to come back again, and at that point, he knew me quite well. The front desk had to give me a real key in case the key card didn’t work and many others on my tour had the same challenge. The shower door in the bathroom didn’t close well so the water flooded on the floor no matter how I angled the shower head which provided a risk for fall. There was no dresser in the room, no shelves in the closet for clothes and nowhere to put my belongings and I was here for 6 nights. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will be giving the same feedback to my tour group.

I want to be fair and balanced, so I’ll start with the good: - location is awesome, just outside the ZTL, really convenient if you’re arriving by car - they offer a car parking service where they pick up your car and drop it off when ready - they are pet friendly and there was a water bowl and chew in the room when we arrived - the gym is nice and large and has decent equipment - tea and coffee making in room, plus bathroom amenities were nice - the bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows - staff were all super friendly and helpful - fridge and safe in room - located in quiet part of town near a park, great for our dog Now to the not so good: - electrical in the room was bizarre, no plugs next to the bed, the main light switch seemed to control all the sockets - bathroom was equally bizarre and tiny: toilet was behind the door, you literally could not swing a cat in there - flooring in room was coming apart and dilapidated, the physical condition of hotel was not great, feels like it desperately needs a refresh, and not just the interior - we paid for a Duomo view room, which we could see over the houses, but the glass on the windows was absolutely filthy - the elevator was weird, would drop suddenly when you pushed a button. Needs maintenance Don’t get me wrong, these can all seem like little things, but when you’re paying almost 600 euros for 2 nights (660 if you include parking) you expect better, especially having stayed in other NH hotels in Spain and Italy

Great location in Siena, short walk to every place we wanted to visit, really good breakfast, and amazing staff! We Will come back!

La ubicación, me pareció estratégica! Cercana pero tranquilo sin tener encima el público que genera un lugar turístico.
