Not enough power outputs for charging. Unprofessional customer service. Overpriced tours. They don’t give the room you book they give the room depending on their convenience. Some aspects mentioned on the booking . Com are not matching. As the hostel is not as per the expectation they made the booking non refundable. No hot water and the bathroom smells

Very good location and greay view. Good place to meet people. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. Good and cheap food. I enjoyed my stay.

I had a bad experience with my trekking tour guide but the lady of the hostel was super helpful with that and gave me a lot of information. They provide tours at the hostel at a fair price. Clean hostel and walking distance from bus stops. Food there is good too.

If you were caught at the bus station by tour guides when you arrived in Banaue, don't follow them!! I thought a guide who was there was from the hostel but mainly they are freelance guides who overcharge you.
