Location is good with lots of shops around and only a short walk to the promenade. Staff were friendly and helpful and organised another room after the TV didn't work in our original room. The room and bed was large and comfortable. Although there was a band playing downstairs, it didn't bother us.

There were some items left in drawers from previous guests, so cleaners need to be aware of this. Shower was difficult to control temperature.
