The room was good and balcony very good. However the room could have been made larger abd the balcony slightly smaller

1. There was no hot water. 2. Given the size of the room, the refrigerator was placed squarely adjacent to the cupboard preventing us from opening the cupboard doors fully. Only one side could be used. 3. The drain in the bathroom was near the water closet and not near the shower area, preventing the water from draining quickly. 4. Breakfast provided was extremely substandard.and fixed. The idlis provided were undercooked. It would have been good if breakfast options were provided ahead of time in order that we could place an order 6. The tv had only tamil channels provided 5. Last but the least, there was no intercom. We were forced to go to the reception every time we had a problem or request
