Great location, within walking distance to the town

Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Poorly lit stairs leading to apartment with no handrail and no internal handrail on staircase. Severely reduced head height in second bedroom (I am 152cm). Cheap uncomfortable plastic living room armchair. Disingenuous advertising on Booking.com with guest communication ignored. Booked the property under false advertising of a hot tub and two bedrooms with the second bedroom containing an extra large double bed and a large double bed. The ‘hot’ tub average temperature was 27 degrees and was therefore not usable. In response they said they would order spare parts which would arrive after our stay. On complaint they ignored my messages. The second bedroom had two single beds (which could be joined to form one larger bed), not two large beds. When I pointed out that this was not what was advertised they admitted it was an error. The non-use of the hot tub alone should have immediately entitled me to a discount but I have been ignored.

The property overlooks the town and bay so has amazing views. It’s around a 5 minute walk downhill or steps to the front. Loved the open plan layout of the living/dining/kitchen area. The balcony was a really good size with space for sun loungers and dining table. Very modern apartment. There are a few steps from the road to get up to the apartment so bear that in mind.

Quite a lot of noise from upstairs throughout the day and late at night. Found all our belongings in the bathroom on the top behind toilet covered in ants - they were coming through cracks in the grout. Found some ant killer under the sink so used this on them. The shower head attachment didn’t sit correctly so sometimes fell off. The oven extractor wasn’t connected - we found this out by using it and everything in the cupboard above flying about haha (apartment c4).

Rien c était parfait

Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji, kilka minut spacerem do plaży. Pokoje czyste, nowoczesne z pięknym widokiem na morze. Bardzo pomocna i profesjonalna obsługa. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Appartamento molto ampio, piuttosto nuovo e ben arredato. Terrazzo grande e attrezzata per godersi il sole in giornata o il fresco la sera. Panorama sul mare bellissimo. Garage a disposizione per i clienti (altrimenti il posto auto sarebbe complicato). Ristorante in struttura (se dovesse occorrere).

I prezzi della Croazia sono diventati esasperati.

Tolles Appartement mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Das Personal ist auch mega freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen und war unseren wünschen sehr bemüht. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und auch wunderschönen eingereicht mit liebe zum Detail. Im dazugehörigen Restaurant würde man auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient und das essen war wirklich gut und sehr reichlich. Wir werden nächstes Jahr dort wieder ein Appartement mieten auf jeden Fall. Alles im allen tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beim Appartement, sowie beim Restaurant
