대우조선소 앞에있는 엄청나게 높은 오피스텔 건물에 있는 레지던스호텔. 새것. 깨끗. 잘관리. 주위에 하나로마트도있고 편의점 음식점 빵집 다 있어요. 복도 구두굽소리와 옆 방 문열고닫는 소리가 좀 울렸어요. 그것외에는 완벽해요
