조용하고 깨끗한 숙소에요 샴푸랑 린스는 있을 줄 알았는데 별도로 구매해야 하네요 조금만 걸어가면 산책할 공원도 있고 주변에 식당과 상점이 많아서 편리해요

주변이 깨끗하고 식당이 많아 호텔 위치는 좋았지만, 주차장 안내표지가 애매해서 주차장 찾기가 어려웠음. 앞 차가 후진해서 다시 나오길래 그 분이 길을 잘못 들어간 줄 알았는데, 저 역시도 들어갔다가 다시 나옴...저녁 먹으러 나오길에 후진해서 나가는 차량을 또 보게됨... 또한, 프론트에 있던 화난듯한 표정의 남자 직원분은 손님을 보고도 아무런 응대가 없었음. 호텔 체크인을 도와주는 프론트 직원분들의 말 한마디가 그 지역의 첫 이미지를 만든다고 생각합니다. 고객 응대에 있어서 조금만 더 친절했으면 좋겠습니다.

신규호텔입니다. 컨시어지도 잘 되어 있습니다. 지하주차장의 차량대수도 많아 편리합니다. 다만, 침실에 먼지가 많이 날려 제 알러지를 자극하고, 침대가 모텔같이 매우 딱딱해 잠자리가 좀 불편했어요. 방음도 잘 되지 않아 저녁에 사람들이 이야기 나누는 소리가 잘 들려요.
