Easy to access building, ability to come and go as you please.

No hot water, unhygienic, cannot park close to hotel. I couldn't stay and had to leave.

Beautifully clean very comfortable great location great pizza shop across the road perfect stay.i was a bit wary reading prior reviews but all in all a great stay and brilliant Value I would certainly use it again

The key didnt work for the room we was locked out and had to get ladders off a roofer who was working in the area and climb through the window to get back in the room. we messaged the property on the site had nothing back and use the mobile number that was available on the booking.com.page amd still had nothing back disaster and very poor manners

The hotel was unstaffed. The carpet was stained. The bedsheets were stained. There was no hot water. The tv didn't work. The shower head was broken. Holes in the wall from old screw fittings.

I am happy to visit the Rotheram

The room was extremely unclean, and such hotels should not be listed on booking sites, as travellers coming from a distance will be let down. The bed was in such a filthy state that I ended up sleeping on the floor, which also had an unpleasant odour. I had intended to take a picture of the bed, but I regrettably forgot; instead, please see the attached photo I took of the ceiling.

As a young female, I felt somewhat uncomfortable due to the number of people congregating outside the front entrance. Additionally, the on-street parking felt unsafe, as vehicles frequently sped along the road. The shower, while functional and better than some reviews had indicated, would not remain securely fixed to the wall. Although the property was not the cleanest I have stayed in, it adequately met my needs for the duration of my stay.

When we arrived the curtains in the room we're coming off. The coffee to drink was in a recyclable cup. And when entering the bathroom the toilet was blocked with full of poo. When calling I was informed that for everything in life there has to be patience and wait. I waited for 15 minutes for my room to be changed while trying to get a hold of the owner. Never answered back after 3 hours I received a message that the toilet was fixed. He refused to refund my money. Refused to pick up the phone. Who books a hotel to wait for a plumber to come and unblock a toilet full of poo? Very disgusting!!
