1. Could see the dirty dishes near the door of the room 2. Staff was not efficient; had to let them know about missing cutleries always, very slow in service

"Amazing and relaxing!"

I travelled with my sister and Ms. Shashi at the reception was amazing. Couldn't do enough. I liked the natural and quietness of the resort. Chef Roshan was amazing with dishes. Dimanthi, Hashi from the restaurants took care of our palate querries. Logni from housekeeping kept our room in top notch condition. I loved the hotel accomodating nature with options to pack us breakfast box when we had an early start to our tour to Ella and Nuwara eliya.

Would have loved to have more local options on the buffet breakfast to promote Sri Lankan cuisine. We had to rely on the staff data for local delicacies in order to sample them.
