We came here for our honeymoon the staff upgraded our room for free. Also gave us a special gift (desert and champagne) fee of charge. We truly feel special here so we will come back.

"Luxurious and lovely hotel"

This now ranks as one of my family's favorite hotels. You are instantly smitten when you enter the grand lobyy.The hexagon suite is perfect for families with two bedrooms. The view from the room over the street is gorgeous. Service from the front desk (Koscics) to the porter (Andrew) were warm and friendly, not pretentious. The hotel itself is centrally located within walking distance of the river and a few other sites. Breakfast was ok (variety could have been bigger). Emma the concierge offered a private, informative tour of the hotel which was pretty awesome too. We definitely will return sometime.
