Párisi Udvar Hotel Budapest, part of Hyatt

A black women who was on a visit in budapest and stopped by this hotel to get service and guess what the hostess in the hotel first told me people who eat food are placed inside the restaurant while drinks outside it… so first she told me to pick whoch ever pne i wanted snd when i decided to eat food she went to talk to her colleague so that i wont get the service , she got back to me and suddenly said sorry every place is reserved well i see tables that are not reserved why did u speak twice was my confrontation…. She unfortunately met tve wrong proud beautiful balck girl ever!!!! No way i will take that for answer !!! Tell me why ???? Well then the manager came asked for appologies etc well it was too late i had to say what she deserved to hear about her racist stupiditu but i hope i really hope my black communitu uses tvis comment and join the movement of never going to this racist restaurant ho to newyork cafe amsizing stunning place with amaizong service!!!!

Location is great, all amenities are top, staff is friendly and useful.

This place is not only fabulous to look at, but the rooms are comfortable and the staff is INCREDIBLE! The breakfact that is provided each morning is top notch. They have a buffet that is full of anything you could possible want, and they have an additional menu you can order from. The eggs benedict and the French toat (that isn't on the menu) are amazing. Our Waitress was our favortie person - Emalyn. She was attentive and kind and was a joy to get to know. She has worked there for 3 years and had all kinds to tips for us. We really enjoyed our visit here.

If you are coming to Budapest, I highly recommend Párisi Passage Restaurant. It’s more than breakfast—it’s a full experience. A stunning atmosphere where the morning feels like part of the journey, not just a routine. The croque monsieur was impeccable, with a beautifully balanced Dijon mustard—one of the best I’ve ever had. Special thanks to barista Bogi, waitress Lorelace, and supervisor Marcell for their kind help in deciding what to order this morning. Truly memorable service.
