Inn and Club at Harbour Town

There was a water leak that flooded a portion of our room resulting in high humidity. That was out of the control of the facility. However, when I discussed the situation with the supervisor in the morning, the supervisor stated, "I am sorry, we are doing our best." There was no offer to move us to another room. There was no offer to make us more comfortable. And there was no effort to deal with the water in our room. I returned in the afternoon and spoke with another supervisor. She eventually offered us another room for the night. The second room was nice and there was no humidity. It just seemed odd that a facility that claims to be "The No 1 luxury hotel on Hilton Head Island" would not take the initiative to make things right as soon as possible and to make their customers as comfortable as possible. Other than this, our visit to HH was very nice.

The room was lovely. Why have a balcony showing the parking lot though with a tree covering even that view!

Very small bar, no bellman when we arrived at 4:30 on a Friday. Pool area smelled liked animal pee no matter where we sat. No outside service at pool. expected more for over $600 a night. Woman at reception desk reminded us when we came in from the pool in our cover ups and asked about some resturants for dinner that there was a "dress code" for dinner next door. And if qe didnt make a reservation, we probably shouldnt bother. Really, ya think we'd plan on going out for a nice dinner in our cover ups?

They give you a light breakfast of coffee, danish and yogurt parfait, which is nice to eat, as you sit in the rocking chairs

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were truly amazing and made our stay outstanding. Great attention to detail. Would return without question.
