Inn and Club at Harbour Town

Great trip. Super friendly staff and everything was very clean.

Best hotel experience we have ever encountered. From a reception with champagne upon arrival and gourmet chocolates to friendly staff at the ready to provide shuttle service or concierge service, the staff and service are world-class. The grounds and hotel are beautiful. The cleaning staff offered nightly turn down service and fresh towels were always available. The amenities are luxurious and plentiful. We enjoyed the daily continental breakfast with coffee and tea bar, the games available in the lobby, complimentary shuttle service and bicycles. The beach set up was very convenient, though across the island. The bartender was so sweet to our family and went above and beyond to take care of everyone. Our best dining experience was at the golf club next door. We loved everything about our stay and hope to return.

The property landscaping could use some updating, but overall this is a lovely location. We are planning to come back again soon.

Had a lovely stay! Excellent service all around! The hotel shuttle is quick and easy. They took us to dinner in sea pines and to the beach. Loved the service at the beach with nice chairs and umbrellas, bottles of water and waiter/waitress service.

If I would change anything I would offer more activity for kids and adults

The service at this hotel was phenomenal from start to finish. One of the best experiences we have had with any hotel. The staff was kind and attentive. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Great hotel!

Every aspect of the Inn was excellent. Staff was amazing, house keeping was wonderful, very detailed. We can’t wait to visit again. Top notch!!
