The check in was smooth and the staff were friendly. This place is in a good location and there are many good restaurants nearby.

The bed sheets weren’t really clean and there was insect came out from the air conditioner

Good location. Very centralized. Easy to find food. Lots of tourist as it was a long weekend. However, the owner, Mr Cheah made up for it with his assistance in finding a parking lot and his recommendations of local interests.

The room was small, but it was expected as the rooms were very affordable. Besides, we do not mind as we wanted to just explore Penang. We are only going to be sleeping and freshen up. Therefore, it's not an issue. If you are looking at enjoying facilities and having a huge room to dance around in, this is not the place to go to.

地点适中，靠近美食地点

The owner is very helpful and also he allowed me for an early check-in. He also provided a lot of info about places to visit around the city. The rooms are clean and not very big, but they are functional. There is a shared fridge at the main corridor, together with a hairdryer. There is a cleaning service upon request. The bed is fine, but the pillows are super hard. The location of the place is also quite good, with some restaurants, bakeries and coffee places in walking distance.

There is a club next door, so it may be a bit loud till after midnight. The communication with the staff was problematic. Things were better when I managed to talk directly with the owner. The window in the bathroom gives view to the opposite building. Maybe some coverage would be good to have in place.
